The Illest B. ships all merchandise through USPS (United States Postal Services). All merchandise is shipped priority mail with an estimated timeframe of 3-5 business days depending on your region. Any orders placed over the weekend or after 2 p.m. PST on a Friday will be processed and shipped on the next following business day.
Lastly, please ensure all destination information entered is correct when checking out -including your Paypal recorded information. We are not responsible for lost nor stolen packages once their shipped and tracking information has been provided.
All items returned to The Illest B. would be at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include your “TIB Return Slip” inside the package alone with order number(s) so we can ensure your credit is accurate.
When returning an item(s), it's recommended to have a tracking number in case the package is lost while in route to it's destination. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return if item(s) are not received and un-trackable. Without proof of receipt and delivery, The Illest B. will not issue return credit.

If the customer fails to pay any additional fees accumulated after package arrival, and as a result the package is returned to “The Illest B.”, we will not resend your merchandise.
