The Illest B. understands ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience is as easy as possible. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our showroom within 10 days of the delivery date with a completed return slip. Please make sure to specify order number(s) on the return slip so we can ensure your store credit is accurate. After the 10th day, your items will be considered final sale NO EXCEPTIONS.
Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds on returned items; however, we would be more than happy to issue a TIB e-gift card for future purchases. E-Gift cards never expire! ALL sale items would be final sale, including products with a removed hygiene seal (bodysuits/swimsuits) or hang tags. Accessory items would be final sale as well.
****Please allow our team 48hrs to inspect all returned merchandise and issue e-gift card via email.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains (makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all “Illest B” and product tags attached. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be returned to you at your expense.
Lastly, we do not provide prepaid return labels. All return shipping expenses would be the customers responsibility.
