The Illest B. understands ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our distribution center within 10 days of the delivery date with a completed return slip. Please make sure to specify order number(s) on the return slip so we can ensure your credit is accurate. After the 10th day, your items will be considered final sale NO EXCEPTIONS.
Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds on returned items; however, we would be more than happy to issue a TIB e-gift card for future purchases. E-Gift cards never expire! ALL sale items would be final sale, including products with a removed hygiene seal (bodysuits/swimsuits) or hang tags. Accessories items would be final sale as well.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and free of any stains (makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all “Illest B” and product tags attached. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be returned to you at your expense.
