RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY


As part of our COVID-19 response, we are temporarily not accepting returns nor exchanges on any items. Please feel free to ask all necessary questions prior to purchasing. Thank you for understanding and stay safe.

The Illest B. understands ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our distribution center within 10 days of the delivery date with a completed return slip. Please make sure to specify order number(s) on the return slip so we can ensure your credit is accurate. After the 10th day, your items wll be considered final sale NO EXCEPTIONS.

Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds on returned items; however, we would be more than happy to issue a TIB e-gift card for future purchases. E-Gift cards never expire! ALL sale items would be final sale, including products with a removed hygiene seal (bodysuits/swimsuits) or hang tags. Accessories items would be final sale as well.

****Please allow our team 48hrs to inspect all returned merchandise and issue e-gift card via email :) All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and free of any stains (makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all “Illest B” and product tags attached. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be returned to you at your expense.




SHIPPING INFORMATION


ARRIVAL TIMEFRAME:

The Illest B. ships all merchandise through USPS (United States Postal Services). All merchandise is shipped priority mail with an estimated timeframe of 3-5 business days depending on your region. Any orders placed over the weekend or after 2 p.m. PST on a Friday will be processed and shipped on the next following business day.

Lastly, please ensure all destination information entered is correct when checking out -including your Paypal recorded information. We are not responsible for lost nor stolen packages once their shipped and tracking information has been provided.

RETURNED ITEMS: All items returned to The Illest B. would be at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include your “TIB Return Slip” inside the package alone with order number(s) so we can ensure your credit is accurate. When returning an item(s), it's recommended to have a tracking number in case the package is lost while in route to it's destination. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return if item(s) are not received and un-trackable. Without proof of receipt and delivery, The Illest B. will not issue return credit. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The Illest B. does not provide return shipping labels. ****Original shipping fees are NOT refundable and not applicable to your store credit.




ORDER STATUS


You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched from our location with a USPS Tracking Number. Please be mindful that USPS may take up to 48 hours to provide any tracking status updates. If you so happen to see a “not found/error” message when attempting to track your package, please allow 48 hours for an update to be shown. If you are not available at the time of delivery, your package will be held at your local USPS Office until you request a redelivery or physically pick it up.

Mix up? No problem, we’ll get it taken care of! All defective items must be reported within 2 days of receiving package to info@theillestb.com with a photo proof. Failure to reporting the issue may result to not receiving an issued TIB e-gift card. If you believe you’ve received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24hrs of receiving your package.

Yes, “The Illest B.” ships worldwide via USPS (United States Postal Services)! All pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. -Please use a google search for currency convertor

Arrival time, typically it’ll take up to 6 - 10 business days to arrive in your country; however, in some instances delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs procedure.

****The Illest B. is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes or any other accumulated charges. The customer is responsible for all additional charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

If the customer fails to pay any additional fees accumulated after package arrival, and as a result the package is returned to “The Illest B.”, we will not resend your merchandise. Once we receive the returned package, the customer will be issued a store credit in the subtotal amount of the order. -Shipping fees not included
